In a world full of business here are our top 5 tips to help relax, unwind, recharge, refresh and give yourself some self love.
Tip Number 1.
Take a weekend retreat. . Whether you book yourself into a retreat, a resort, or a back to nature camping getaway. Taking time for yourself (or with friends or a loved one) is the perfect way to recharge and unwind.
Tip Number 2.
Try Tai Chi. The energy cultivation practice of Tai Chi helps improve serenity through gently movement and is wonderful in helping to improve sleep and calm your nervous system.
Tip Number 3.
Incorporate meditation into your daily self care routine. The benefits of meditation are many and varied and is an incredible way to help calm your mind.
Tip Number 4.
Exercise. All exercise is good exercise. Find a fitness class that you enjoy, walk, run, swim, weight training, yoga, pilates are all wonderful options, to help clear your mind and improve mental wellbeing.
